Sage offers a knowledge base, where you type a keyword, ACT! returns answers based on keywords. Be aware of this tip we use as ACT! consultants: If you use ACT! 2008, the problem may be still documented as "ACT! 2007". ACT! 2005 through ACT! 2008 have the same foundation, so they errors come and go between versions.
